Rally Capital Services LLC ("Rally") offers financial, administrative, and operational management advisory services to under-performing and distressed companies, in or out of bankruptcy. Rally, founded in 1995 by Howard B. Samuels and the late James J. Zec, combines expertise in accounting, finance, law and investment banking to devise and implement effective solutions for companies experiencing financial and operational challenges. To achieve the optimal outcome for each company and its creditors, Rally, under the current leadership of Howard B. Samuels, Steven H. Baer and Daniel T. Lee provides the following services, solely or in combination, to address the needs of each client and circumstance:
- Develop an immediate and responsive action plan to stabilize operations after a prompt assessment of the competency of current personnel in key positions, the overall economies of the business, and the cash flow planning.
- Monitor operating results on a continuing basis to ensure the flow of accurate and timely financial information.
- Coordinate the interaction among all professionals throughout periods of financial crisis.
- Initiate and maintain a constructive dialogue with creditors, including secured and unsecured lenders, trade creditors, and other parties of interest.
- Serve in a custodial capacity in such key management positions as interim chief financial officer, interim chief operating officer, or chief restructuring officer to provide credibility, objectivity, and proven leadership for the implementation of successful solutions.
- Secure financing or refinancing through traditional borrowing sources, such as banks, finance companies, commercial factors, leasing companies and, in certain situations, individual investors.
- Plan and coordinate strategic business sales or asset disposition to maximize recovery.
