Rally Receives Regional and National 2013 Small Company Turnaround of the Year Award
CHICAGO – November 13, 2013 – Rally Capital Services, LLC is pleased to announce that it has received both the Regional and National 2013 Small Company Turnaround of the Year Award from the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). The Rally team will be honored November 18, 2013, at the Chicago/Midwest TMA Executive Speaker Forum. The National Award was presented October 5, 2013,at the TMA Annual Conference in Washington, D.C.
Dan Lee, David Missner and Ryan Hayes were specifically selected for this award for the corporate restructuring work that was completed for R&M Aviation, Inc., d/b/a AeroCare Medical Transport Systems, Inc.
AeroCare, a nationally recognized CAMTS*-accredited provider of worldwide air ambulance and medivac services, faced a liquidity crisis after a corporate expansion did not yield expected revenues. As financial advisor, the Rally team worked to stabilize operations and aid in formulating a restructuring plan that maximized value and creditor recovery. Today, AeroCare is a leaner company with more efficient operations, a stronger brand and a much-improved capital structure. The company remains a leader in its industry and continues to provide life-saving services as it has for over 20 years.
