Jeff joined Rally in 2001 and offers a broad range of restructuring and turnaround experience, including extensive work on Assignments for the Benefit of Creditors, receiverships, consulting and liquidating agent matters. He regularly serves as part of the interim management team working with senior lenders to manage the day-to-day operations, accounts receivable, collections, personnel, creditor and vendor communications, inventory and equipment analysis, and other administrative responsibilities.
Jeff also has experience working with landlords to address their concerns prior to reassuming property control after receivership. Such matters include conducting site inspections, coordinating the proper removal of equipment and the ensuring proper disposal of hazardous waste.
He has worked with small, midsize and large national companies in a wide range of industries, including automotive, construction, manufacturing, foodservice, retail, hardware and specialty stores, sports memorabilia, professional services, healthcare and not-for-profits. Prior to joining Rally, he was an Account Executive at BBDS Communications in Chicago.
Jeff is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, the Commercial Finance Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He received a B.A. in Communications from DePaul University in 1994.
